  08-01 2010 Ordered Pizza and a soda and a cheese burger and french fries for delivery. I used my credit card over the phone and I was told a 15 minute wait. 30 minutes later I get a call saying the delivery driver is out front. He hands me the bag and the pizza box. He then hands me the credit card paper to sign ( He had no pen) . I ask him where the 2 liter bottle of soda is and he says it is not on the slip. I read the slip and it says 2 cups (which i asked for) and the soda. He said he will be right back with it. I had already given him the 3 dollar tip. I tell him i am not going to sign paper till I have soda. He says he is not going to leave the food. I tell him to return food and return with hot food and soda then i sign. I did ask him to leave the sandwich and pizza again before he left and he refused again. After another 15 minutes I am handed the credit card paper with a refund, the 3 dollar tip also returned and I am told never to call again and to F@@k my self. I told delivery driver I would type this to show how good this place is treating the customer in a respectful manner. They did try to call me 2 times with no message left but i will never go back to a place that treats a customer in this manner.

  I placed an order today and one of the meals i ordered was the Pasta Dorianna, I specifically told them no chicken. It comes and there is chicken. Ok no problem, accidents happen right? So I call them and explain to them I am a vegetarian and that my order came with Chicken. I hear the guy talking to cook and I am left on the line listening to the conversation between the two ....."The Dorianna order that went out was suppose to have no chicken but she said there is chicken in it" ...."there's chicken?" ......"yes she said there is chicken and I did write no chicken on the order" ...."tell her we will come and get it, and we will bring her new one" Ok no problem, that's fine I said. The guy comes and we exchange food, the guy asked me to check real fast to make sure there was no chicken. There was no chicken. I go to eat it and I do not taste sun-dried tomatoes like the menu says it is suppose to have, they have used regular diced tomatoes. SMH WTF The sun-dried tomatoes is what makes the dish and I should not have been charged the full $12.95 for it then! When I called the second time I was told they do not not carry sun-dried tomatoes anymore! Wow! You could have told me when I placed my order! I did not enjoy it at all. Very disappointed at how it was handled also. Needless to say I ripped up the menu's. I will never order here again! I wish I could give a zero star!

  I used to work here. ive seen the manager drop food several times and act like nothing ever happened. Just put it back on peoples plates. They take at least 45 mins to an hour to make the simplest things. Everyone who comes in complains how bad the service is and they always mess up orders. If u kick un the counter roaches will prolly come out and none of the cooks wear gloves or wash their hands ever. Its a shame that the food is good but the manager doesnt know how to run it. He uses a slip for one order then flips it over for another which usually isnt a problem but he leaves peoples credit card information on the slips with names and phone numbers and addresses for delivery. This is a poorly run business and the manager is ignorant and curses at customers often especially over the phone. He also purposely over charges people if they make him mad or annoy him
